The training “Emergency obstetric care” and evaluation visit
Location: Chelyabinsk
The leading IBP MCH/IFH specialists will conduct the training on emergency obstetric care. The training will attend 35 representatives of Chelyabinsk medical facilities. Along with the seminar the assessment of quality of perinatal care and practices in maternal and child health facilities will be conducted.

The training «Medical – social care for HIV-positive women”. Evaluation visit.
Location: Kurgan
Medical providers from Regional AIDS Center, OB-GYNs, infectiologists, family doctors, medical nurses and other representatives of Kurgan oblast will participate in a 3-days training “Medical-social care for HIV-positive women”. The goal of the seminar is to improve quality of medical and social care for HIV-positive women. IBP MCH specialists will conduct assessment of quality of maternal and child health care and implementation of IBP MCH practices in Kurgan medical facilities.

The workshop “Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraception Use”
Location: Moscow, the Kulakov Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology
The Institute for Family Health together with the Kulakov Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology will conduct the 2nd round of the workshop of the interdisciplinary expert group on development of the National Medical Eligibility Criteria for Contraception Use. The workshop aims to discuss previous work on development of the National Criteria, to reach consensus on dispute issues and considers ways to implement it in the Russian healthcare system. The workshop will involve the most prominent national experts in reproductive health, chief obstetrician-gynecologists from Russian regions and districts and the leading specialists of the Russian federal medical facilities.

The training “Antenatal mortality prevention and decrease”
Location: Tyumen
The leading IBP MCH/IFH specialists will conduct a 2-days training “Antenatal mortality prevention and decrease”. The participants of the training are OB-GYNs from Tyumen and Tyumen region. The main goal of the trainings is to improve knowledge and master skills for provision of effective antenatal care, based on international standards and data of evidence-based medicine.

Counseling visit on neonatal resuscitation
Location: Moscow, Maternal Facility # 4
Under IBP MCH Project the leading IFH specialists will conduct the counseling visit to Moscow Maternity Hospital # 4 on newborn resuscitation based on international standards and data of evidence-based medicine.

The training “Medical and social care for high-risk women”
Location: Khanti-Mansiysk
Under IBP MCH Project the training “Medical and social care for high-risk women” will be conducted. The training will involve 4 representatives from the areas of health and social care of Khanti-Mansiysk Autonomous District. The attendants will discuss algorithms of medical and social care for high-risk women, based on the best Russian and international experience, provide recommendations on effective care organization and consider negative impact of social issues on maternal and child health.
