On the photo: The Forum attendants are welcomed by the 1^st Deputy Director of Tyumen oblast Health Department Dr. N. Brynza, the Leading Specialist on Preventive Medicine of the Russian Ministry of Health Dr. S. Boytsov and IFH Director General Dr. Natalia Vartapetova.  

The forum was aimed to discuss the  Tyumen oblast Healthy Lifestyle Strategy. The participants were presented effective actions for population health strengthening and demonstrated capacity of Tyumen health system for non-communicable diseases prevention.  Everybody had an opportunity to express opinion about healthy lifestyle.  

The forum was featured by innovated form of “Round Tables” and other interactive sessions on healthy lifestyle.  Counseling platforms followed by discussions, interviews and role plays worked non-stop and were moderated by Tyumen and Moscow specialists. The participants could easily discuss with experts essential issues like how to evaluate healthy lifestyle, how to give up smoking and get answers.

The platform “Burnout at work? Help to get rid of stress!” was subject of special interest.   Important issues like stress at work places, prevention of Emotional Burnout Syndrome  (EBS) and reproductive health  were disused at IFH session. Our specialists demonstrated exercises on adaptation to stress situation and provided recommendations on EBS prevention.    The attendants asked questions, get advices and shared personal methods of professional stress managment.  

The Organizers and participants marked   benefits of  that event.   The Forum “Right for Health” consolidated efforts of health, education and social care  authorities to provide measures and actions on health strengthening, non-communicable diseases prevention and empowerment of the  Tyumen oblast Health Lifestyle Strategy.
