Description of the training
During the course of the training theoretical issues are discussed and practical communication and counseling skills, which are crucial for the successful work of health care institutions using modern approaches, are improved. The training is carried out with the use of different methods: presentations, interactive discussions, watching video films, work in small groups, case studies, and role plays.
Goal
Improvement of the quality of health care services, increasing the clients’/patients’ satisfaction level.
Participants
The workshop is intended for the training of physicians of various specialty areas and mid-level health care professionals.
